Ingredients
  

  • 4 large ripe avocados, mashed
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp diced jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp jalapeño juice (from the jar)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp granulated onion powder
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 packet of guacamole seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Avocados: Mash the avocados in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. For an ultra-smooth guacamole, you can blend the avocados in a food processor.
  • Mix in the Ingredients: Add the lemon juice, diced jalapeños, jalapeño juice, salt, black pepper, onion powder, minced garlic, and guacamole seasoning to the mashed avocados. Mix everything well to ensure all the flavors are combined.
  • Chill the Guacamole: Transfer the guacamole to a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld together.
  • Serve with Homemade Tortilla Chips: For a fresh, homemade touch, stack fresh corn tortillas and cut them into triangles. Heat a deep fryer or skillet with oil and fry the tortillas until crispy (about 2-3 minutes). Serve them plain or season with a pinch of salt to taste.
