Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts ( optional )

For The Topping:

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup white almond bark, melted
  • 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking dish or casserole pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugars, and salt.
  • Add in the egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the white baking chips, fresh cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • While the bars are baking, prepare the topping by melting the white almond bark, milk, and stirring in the chopped fresh cranberries.
  • Once the bars are baked, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool.
  • Drizzle the melted almond bark and cranberry mixture over the cooled bars.
  • Allow the topping to set before cutting the bars into squares.
