  • 1 Small Sauce Pot
  • 1 Small Microwave Safe Bowl
  • 3 Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bags tortilla chips
  • 30 oz Rico's nacho cheese sauce
  • 28 oz refried beans
  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
  • 1 jar diced jalapenos
  • 15 oz sliced black olives ( optional )
  • 1 small onion, chopped ( optional )
  • 16 oz taco sauce ( optional )
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 packages taco seasoning
  • Optional: Diced tomatoes, bell pepper, raw onion, cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or beef until browned. Make sure to break it up into small crumbles while cooking.
  • Drain any excess fat from the skillet, and add the taco seasoning and water and cook a bit longer.
  • Warm the refried beans in the small sauce pot on the stove.
  • Heat the cheese sauce in your small microwave safe bowl.
  • Spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly on each bowl or plate.
  • Top each serving with the ground meat spread out evenly.
  • Now top with the refried beans and then diced jalapenos.
  • Next spread a layer of sour cream and then cheese sauce over each bed of chips.
  • If you like, now add the onions, black olives, and taco sauce on top to finish these tasty nachos off.
  • That's it, serve and enjoy!
