  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 bottle Subway's Creamy Italian Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large baking dish and set aside.
  • Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, white pepper, and onion powder over the chicken thighs.
  • Pour the entire bottle of Subway’s Creamy Italian Dressing over the chicken thighs, ensuring each piece is coated generously. Gently shake the baking dish to help distribute the dressing evenly.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
  • Check the chicken at the 45-minute mark, as cooking times may vary depending on your oven.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked and golden, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
