Triple Cheesy Spinach Dip

1 large non-stick pot
- 3 cups spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz monteray Jack cheese
- 8 oz mild cheddar cheese
- 8 oz pepperjack cheese
- 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Get Recipe Ingredients
First cook the spinach in your milk and heavy cream for about 10 minutes.
Now add in your minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add in the sour cream and cream cheese and simmer in the liquid until melted.
Next add all the other of your three cheeses to the pot and stir until fully melted.
Pour this mixture in the baking dish and cook on 450 just until the top gets golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow the dip to set and cool for 10 - 15 minutes before serving. This gives it time for the cheeses to thicken back up a bit so it is perfect for dipping.
Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or tiny toasted bread slices.
