Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp maple baking emulsion liquid
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  • Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, maple emulsion, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
  • Add macadamia nuts: Stir the macadamia nuts into the batter.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean when inserted into the center.
  • Cool and slice: Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
