- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried Italian herb blend
- 1 tsp blackened seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Olive oil or non-stick spray (for baking pan)
