1 Small Mixing Bowl
1 chopping board
- 6-8 large eggs
- 1 poblano pepper, chopped
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground sausage
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- Butter, for brushing the top after baking

Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
Place the pie crust into a pie pan, ensuring it is evenly pressed along the bottom and sides.
Layer 1 ½ cups of shredded pepper jack cheese across the bottom of the pie crust.
Evenly sprinkle the crumbled bacon and cooked ground sausage over the cheese.
