Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds thin-cut beef steak strips
  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil (olive oil or vegetable oil works great)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp Badia Complete seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Prep your skillet: Heat a large skillet on medium-low and add the oil, Worcestershire sauce, A-1 steak sauce, water, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, cumin, and Badia Complete seasoning. Stir everything to combine.
  • Cook the steak and veggies: Add the thin-cut steak strips, sliced bell peppers, and sliced onion to the skillet. Stir to coat everything in the sauce and seasonings.
  • Simmer until tender: Cover the skillet with a lid and let everything cook on medium-low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is tender and the vegetables are soft. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • Optional: Drain excess liquid: If you prefer less liquid in your fajitas, you can drain the excess liquid once the cooking is done. This helps the steak and veggies stay nice and flavorful without being too saucy.
  • Serve it up: Serve the tender steak fajitas with fresh flour or corn tortillas, shredded cheese, and your favorite toppings. Some great toppings include sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and jalapeños!
