Simple Spicy Turkey Pinwheels with Pepperjack
Spicy Turkey Pinwheels made with Laughing Cow spreadable pepperjack cheese, deli turkey, and fresh tortillas. A perfect spicy snack or appetizer, easy to make and full of flavor!
Equipment
- 1 large plate for rolling and assembling
Ingredients
- 14 small flour tortillas
- 2 lbs of deli honey turkey
- 2 packages of spreadable Laughing Cow pepperjack cheese
Instructions
- Lay out one flour tortilla on a clean surface.
- Spread an even layer of the pepperjack cheese over the entire tortilla.
- Add a layer of honey turkey on top of the cheese.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder shape.
- Repeat these steps with the remaining tortillas, cheese, and turkey.
- Once all the pinwheels are rolled, slice each cylinder into 1-inch thick slices.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and secure them with toothpicks if desired.
