1 lb fresh Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 lb white American deli cheese, cubed
4 cups whole milk
1 cup hot Hatch green chilis
1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp hot Mexican chili powder
1/4 cup diced pickled jalapenos and the juice
3 tbsp cornstarch

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and whisk together real good to incorporate the cornstarch. Set it to low and let it go.
