Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • One 15 oz can of crushed pineapple ( drained & juice saved )

For The Glaze:

  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice saved from the can
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Fritters: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, milk, and the drained crushed pineapple. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Frying: Heat sweet almond oil in a pan. Using a spoon, carefully drop dollops of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, then transfer the fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  • Making the Glaze: In another bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, milk, and powdered sugar until smooth and glossy.
  • Glazing: Allow the fritters to cool slightly, then generously drizzle the sweet pineapple glaze over the top.
