Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy honey-roasted peanut butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Base: In a sturdy pan, combine the milk, white sugar, brown sugar, and creamy honey-roasted peanut butter over medium heat. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a medium boil and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Add the Walnuts: After the initial 20 minutes, introduce the chopped walnuts into the bubbling mixture. Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, ensuring the walnuts are evenly distributed.
  • Cool and Enhance: Remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool to around 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooled, add the vanilla extract and softened butter. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Setting the Fudge: Pour the mixture into a prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Let it sit until it hardens to perfection. After it hardens, just cut and serve!
