4 sunny side up fried eggs
4 leaves of sugar loaf endive
8 slices of toasted honey wheat bakery fresh bread
Ground Dijon mustard
Miracle Whip
1 can of spicy refried beans

Instructions
Warm up the leftover brisket in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
In another skillet, fry the eggs sunny side up until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
Spread a generous layer of mayo, dijon, mustard, and spicy refried beans on each slice of toasted honey wheat bread.
Lay a leaf of the endive over the spread mixture.
Arrange the warmed brisket slices on top of the beans, followed by the sunny side up fried eggs.
