  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 large baking pan or sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups whole oats
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 2 cups shredded coconut or chunked coconut
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats,raisins, coconut, walnuts, flaxseeds, brown sugar, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the honey and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Press down firmly all over with a spatula to help it hold together correctly. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until the granola is golden and fragrant. Do not stir.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Store your homemade granola in an airtight container to keep it fresh and crunchy!
