- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cups fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced (button, cremini, or portobello work well)
- 3 cups of fresh sweet peas (you can also use frozen peas, thawed)
- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
