Equipment

  • 1 large baking dish

Ingredients

  • 4 cups homemade French onion soup (store-bought works in a pinch, but homemade makes it special!)
  • 1 container French onion dip
  • 1 lb fresh Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Badia Complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pol sabzi herb mix (for a bold, aromatic twist)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Peel your shrimp and halve your Brussels sprouts, setting them aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the French onion soup, French onion dip, Badia Complete seasoning, fresh parsley, pol sabzi herb mix, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and blended—it should smell heavenly already.
  • Grab a large baking dish and spread your halved Brussels sprouts in an even layer. Top them with the shrimp, arranging everything so it’s evenly spaced for perfect cooking.
  • Pour your soup and dip mixture all over the shrimp and sprouts, making sure everything is generously coated.
  • Pop it in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes until the sprouts are tender and caramelized, and the shrimp are perfectly cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and cover with the shredded cheese for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Remove the oven and serve hot with crusty bread to soak up all that delicious cheesy sauce.
