Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 dash hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Set your slow cooker to the low setting and add the cooked ground beef.
  • Add in the can of Rotel, taco seasoning, onion powder, hot sauce, milk, and cubed Velveeta cheese.
  • Cover and let the mixture cook on low, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 hours or until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth and creamy.
