Equipment

  • 1 Large Baking Sheet
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Small Microwave Safe Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup caramel baking bits
  • 2 cups heath toffee baking bits
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 9 tbsps butter softened
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mix it with the cocoa powder until well combined. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Slowly pour the melted butter and cocoa mixture into the egg mixture while continuously whisking.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid over mixing to maintain the brownies' fudgy texture.
  • Gently fold in the butterscotch baking chips, Heath baking bits, and caramel baking bits, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to over bake to retain the gooey texture.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
