Layer the Cauliflower: Place the cauliflower florets in an even layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the Chicken: Place the chopped chicken breasts over the cauliflower.
Top with Banana Peppers: Spread the sliced banana peppers evenly over the chicken.
Cheese in the Middle: Place the cheeses right in the center of the crockpot, on top of the chicken and peppers.
Season: Sprinkle the garlic, black pepper, and salt evenly over the ingredients.
Pour the Dressing: Finally, pour the heavy cream and Zesty Robusto Italian dressing all over the top, making sure everything is coated well.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and the cauliflower is soft. Give it a stir every few hours.
Serve: Once done, give the mixture a gentle stir to combine the cheeses with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with crusty bread, over creamy mashed potatoes, hearty rice, or enjoy it on its own as a creamy, savory stew.
