Ingredients
  

  • 15 cups of water
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 package wild rice soup mix
  • 2 large cans white chunk chicken (drained)
  • 1/4 cup chicken soup base
  • 1/2 cup sabzi polo herb mix
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Badia Complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sautéed veggie base
  • 2 tbsp chicken base

Instructions
 

  • Grab your biggest stockpot—this soup makes enough to feed a hungry family and then some. Pour in the water, then toss in the baby carrots, sabzi polo herbs, seasonings, soup base, veggie base, and chicken base.
  • Bring this aromatic mix to a full, rolling boil. Once it’s bubbling away and smelling heavenly, pop on the lid and turn the heat down to medium-low. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes so those flavors can mingle like old friends at a potluck.
  • After 30 minutes, stir in the chicken, wild rice soup mix, and jasmine rice. Let everything simmer together for another 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep the rice from sticking.
  • When the rice is tender and the soup is creamy and thickened, take it off the heat. Give it a taste and adjust the salt and pepper if needed. Serve it hot, and watch it disappear!
