Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds crawfish tails
  • 6 seafood stock tablets ( Amazon Sells These )
  • 1/4 cup sautéed veggie base
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bunch of radishes (include leaves and roots)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Badia Complete seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp dried or fresh parsley
  • 64 oz water

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients:Wash and chop all vegetables. Keep the radish leaves and roots intact for added flavor and nutrients.
  • Assemble the Soup:In a large stockpot, combine all the ingredients: crawfish tails, seafood stock tablets, sautéed veggie base, potatoes, radishes, onion, spinach, mushrooms, seasonings, and water.
  • Bring to a Boil:Place the stockpot over high heat and bring the soup to a rolling boil.
  • Simmer:Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure the flavors meld beautifully.
  • Serve:Once the soup is ready, serve it hot with a side of cornbread or crackers for a true Southern-style meal.
