Instructions
Blend the ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the chickpeas, 3 tbsp minced garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, onion powder, Badia Complete seasoning, salt, black pepper, and the 1/2 cup reserved chickpea cooking liquid.
Blend until smooth: Blend everything together until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture seems too thick, add more of the chickpea cooking liquid, a tablespoon at a time, until you achieve your desired texture.
Taste and adjust: Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add more salt, garlic, or lemon juice based on your preference.
Garnish: Scoop the hummus into a serving bowl and top it with an extra spoonful of minced garlic. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added richness.
Serve: Serve this flavorful garlic hummus with pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies like carrots and celery. It's also a great spread for sandwiches or wraps!
