Cheesy Jalapeno Butter Crackers

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups monteray Jack cheese, shredded

Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add your butter and milk and mix very well to form a nice dough.
Now gently add in the cheeses and peppers and give it another good mixing.
Form into a ball and place in the fridge for about an hour covered.
Roll out your dough on a nice, clean floured surface adding more flour as needed.
You can cut the dough ball into 4 pieces making it easier to roll out.
Make each flattened out dough about 1/4 of an inch thick.
Once flattened, cut into rectangle strips and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake each batch at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until nice and golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve on their own as a snack or with your favorite hummus or dips.
