  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup premium beer

  • Regular Directions: Begin by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the cornstarch until a smooth paste forms.
  • Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  • Add in the shredded cheeses, one at a time, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Incorporate the Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder into the cheese mixture.
  • Slowly pour in the beer, stirring constantly, until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
  • Simmer for a few minutes, ensuring all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
