1 Large Mixing Bowl
1 hand mixer
1 round cake pan
1 small mixing bowl
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tspn baking soda
- 1 tspn vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups fried apples in the can ( chopped )
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 tspn salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray your cake pan with cooking spray.
Mix the flour, sugars, salt, baking soda, and baking powders together in a large bowl.
In another smaller mixing bowl, mix your eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil together.
Now add the egg mix into your bowl of dry ingredients and give it a good mix.
You can add just a little splash of the juice form the can of apples to help mix it better.
Once mixed together good, fold in your apples, raspberries, and chopped walnuts gently.
Pour into your sprayed cake pan and put it in the heated oven.
Cook on 350 degrees for about 45 - 50 minutes and then let it cool.
Once cooled, cut into slices and store in your favorite airtight container.
