Triple Cheesy Spinach Dip
Equipment
- 1 Medium Baking Dish
- 1 large non-stick pot
Ingredients
- 3 cups spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz monteray Jack cheese
- 8 oz mild cheddar cheese
- 8 oz pepperjack cheese
- 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- First cook the spinach in your milk and heavy cream for about 10 minutes.
- Now add in your minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the sour cream and cream cheese and simmer in the liquid until melted.
- Next add all the other of your three cheeses to the pot and stir until fully melted.
- Pour this mixture in the baking dish and cook on 450 just until the top gets golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow the dip to set and cool for 10 - 15 minutes before serving. This gives it time for the cheeses to thicken back up a bit so it is perfect for dipping.
