Indulge in Southern Comfort: Triple Cheesy Spinach Dip

When it comes to party dips, there’s nothing quite like the creamy, indulgent goodness of a spinach dip. But why settle for ordinary when you can elevate it to extraordinary? Introducing the Triple Cheesy Spinach Dip—a delectable concoction that combines the richness of three cheeses with the freshness of spinach, creating a dip that’s sure to be the star of any gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups whole spinach leaves
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 oz mild cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Spinach: In a saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, minced garlic, cracked black pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add the spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add Creamy Goodness: Once the spinach is cooked, add the sour cream and cream cheese to the saucepan. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.

  3. Cheesy Bliss: Gradually add the Monterey Jack, mild cheddar, and pepper jack cheeses to the saucepan, stirring constantly until all the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth and velvety.

  4. Bake to Perfection: Pour the cheesy spinach mixture into a medium-sized baking dish. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the dip for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

  5. Serve and Enjoy: Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional cracked black pepper if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping.
