Sweet & Sugary Cinnamon Pound Cake

- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
- 1 bundt cake pan
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cup real butter
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts ( either is fine )
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a Bundt pan or a tube pan generously.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sour cream, coconut oil, and butter until smooth and well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
