    • 1 large slow cooker or crock pot

    Ingredients

    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped into large chunks
    • 4 cups cauliflower florets
    • 1 cup sliced banana peppers
    • 2 cups of heavy cream
    • 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
    • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
    • 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 2 cups Zesty Robusto Italian dressing

    Instructions

    • Layer the Cauliflower: Place the cauliflower florets in an even layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.
    • Add the Chicken: Place the chopped chicken breasts over the cauliflower.
    • Top with Banana Peppers: Spread the sliced banana peppers evenly over the chicken.
    • Cheese in the Middle: Place the cheeses right in the center of the crockpot, on top of the chicken and peppers.
    • Season: Sprinkle the garlic, black pepper, and salt evenly over the ingredients.
    • Pour the Dressing: Finally, pour the heavy cream and Zesty Robusto Italian dressing all over the top, making sure everything is coated well.

    • Serve: Once done, give the mixture a gentle stir to combine the cheeses with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with crusty bread, over creamy mashed potatoes, hearty rice, or enjoy it on its own as a creamy, savory stew.
